The vision of the company is to provide Architectural and Project Management services which is both time and cost sensitive as we realize that the industry is revenue and time driven. We strive to ensure this through the dedicated combined 20 years’ experience of the managing partners with a vast understanding of the private healthcare sectors as well as the compilation and execution of the projects.
With the experience of the partners Shape will be able to deliver a project from Inception to commissioning and operations. This will include project structures (PropCo’s and OpCo’s), briefing, concept designs, council and statutory submissions, tender documents, construction drawings, contracts and procurement, site supervision and contract administration, feasibility and bankable documents (should funding in the form of equity or debt be required) and commissioning.
Initially the company will only consist of an Architecture and Project Management department but with a MEP department that will become operational early 2017. This will enable us to service a wider variety of the market as well as to control the cost and regulation sensitive areas of a project to ensure that the end solution is workable, sustainable as well as cost effective.
The Architecture and Project Management department will be situated in Pretoria with Peet Steynberg acting as Managing Director and the MEP department will be situated in Durban with Wynand Venter acting as Managing Director. This will enable us to have a Shape presence in the southern and northern parts of South Africa although both departments will be fully operational and available in all areas.
